PATENT UPDATE

Real Imaging’s intellectual property is related to the company’s technology in the discovery and identification of breast cancer.

Regarding the patents which are in various stages of registration, six are pending PCT patent applications, two have completed the international stage and are currently pending in several countries at the national stage.

The very first patent application 3D Thermal Breast Cancer Detector, which was registered way back in July 2004, was granted patent status in the USA in 2007, and subsequently filed and granted in the following additional countries:

• South Africa
• New Zealand
• Singapore
