Amos Michelson is also Chairman of three high-tech start-ups and Director in an additional five high-tech companies in the areas of life sciences,
energy, and Web 2.0. Mr. Michelson was CEO of Creo, Inc. from June 1995 until Kodak purchased Creo for C$1.2 Billion in May 2005.
Prior to joining Creo, he was CEO of Opal Inc., a semi-conductor equipment company, and prior to this Mr. Michelson was Chief Operating Officer of Optrotech Ltd.,
a developer and manufacturer of optical and imaging systems for the electronics industry.
Amos Michelson holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technion,
Israel Institute of Technology.

Ian Ihnatowycz is the President & CEO of First Generation Capital Inc., a private investment holding company. Formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of Acuity Investment Management Inc. and Acuity Funds Ltd., Mr. Ihnatowycz founded Acuity in 1990 to provide discretionary asset management for pension, foundation and private clients as well as mutual and pooled funds. A leader in sustainable investing, Acuity was the first Canadian advisor to the United Nations on the integration of environmental, social and governance factors within investment management. The firm grew to over $7.5 billion in client assets over twenty years, and won many awards for investment performance. Acuity was acquired by AGF Management Limited on February 1, 2011.
Mr. Ihnatowycz has served on the boards of numerous not-for-profit and professional organizations and private companies, is currently a member of the Board of Directors of AGF Management Limited, Zymeworks Inc., Myca Health Inc. and the Royal Conservatory of Music, is Chair of the Royal Conservatory Council, and a member of the Ivey Advisory Board, the Ian O. Ihnatowycz Institute for Leadership Advisory Board of the Richard Ivey School of Business and a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of Imperial Capital Acquisition Fund V.
Mrs. Sagit Shiran is the owner of several private companies in the Medical Insurance and Medical Services arenas in Eastern Europe.
Mrs. Shiran is also a former owner of a medical company in Romania providing emergency medical services and doctors' clinic.
Prior to that she served in several management positions in Bezeq (the Israeli telecommunication company) in the areas of Information systems (mainly billing and CRM).
Mrs. Shiran holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management (specializing in Information Systems) from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel.

Prior to that, he served as CEO of Valor Computerized Systems Ltd. [formerly Prime Standard: VCR], following 7 years as the company’s CFO, as well as chairman of Valor PacRim.
Hoz also served as Vice President of Operations and Finance at Frontline PCB Solutions, a joint venture of Valor and Orbotech [NASDAQ:ORBK].
Mr. Hoz holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics and an MBA (major in Finance) from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel. He is a certified CPA. He serves as a director at UBS bank.
